1. About the Service Provider


EzyHR is a comprehensive human resource management platform developed and operated by Orisma Technology Co., Ltd. It provides services through the following channels:



EzyHR is designed to help organizations of all sizes efficiently manage employee data, attendance tracking, payroll processing, leave requests, benefits administration, and other HR functions.



2. Purpose of this Agreement


This agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions that all users must adhere to when using EzyHR, whether through the website, application, or API. It applies to all user categories, including system administrators, general users, and developers integrating with our API.


By using EzyHR, the user acknowledges and agrees to comply with all terms of this Agreement. If the user does not accept any of these terms, they must discontinue use of the service immediately.



3. Changes to the Terms of Use


The service provider reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the EzyHR website or through other appropriate communication channels.


Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement to stay informed about any modifications that may affect their use of the service. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the latest version of this Agreement.

5. Service Fees and Payments


EzyHR is a paid service based on subscription plans, which are determined by the number of employees using the system.




6. Service Term and Cancellation


Users may cancel their service based on the following conditions:



Users can cancel their subscription independently through the EzyHR system. The cancellation function is accessible within their account settings, and the termination will take effect immediately upon completion of the cancellation process.



Users must submit a written cancellation request directly to the service provider through the designated communication channels. The request must be made in advance and in accordance with the provider’s procedures.


In both cases, no refunds will be issued (No Refund Policy) regardless of when the user decides to cancel during the billing cycle. The service will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.

The service provider is committed to delivering EzyHR with stability and efficiency. However, we do not guarantee that the system will operate continuously without errors, interruptions, or external factors beyond our control.


Users acknowledge and accept that the service provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from system use, including but not limited to data loss, business disruptions, or any inconveniences that may occur. However, the provider will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues and improve the system’s performance.



10. Governing Law


This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. By using EzyHR, users agree that all terms, conditions, and disputes related to the use of this service shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with Thai law.


In the event of any disputes between the user and the service provider, both parties agree to resolve the matter in good faith through negotiation or mediation. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Thailand.
