Insured persons under Section 33 and Section 39 who wish to change their Social Security hospital for the year 2025 can do so from December 16, 2024, to March 31, 2025, through four channels as follows:
1. Submit documents at the Social Security Office.
Insured persons can submit Form SSO 9-02 to request a change of hospital at any Social Security Office branch nationwide. They should prepare identification documents, such as their ID card, to expedite the process.
2. Social Security Office website
You can check your benefits and change your hospital easily through the website www.sso.go.th.
1. Visit the website to log in/sign up.
2. Click on 'Request to Change Hospital'.
3. Select the reason for changing the hospital.
4. Select the new hospital you want.
5. Click to accept the terms and conditions, then save.
3. SSO Plus Application
You can download the 'SSO Plus' application on both iOS and Android systems to easily access information and change your healthcare provider.
1. Enter your information to log in, or if you are not a member yet, please register.
2. Select the menu 'Change Hospital'.
3. Select the reason for changing the hospital.
4. Select the new hospital you want.
5. Read the criteria for selecting a hospital thoroughly.
6. Accept the terms and click 'Confirm'.
7. Application submitted successfully. Await results between the 1st and 16th of the month the application was made.
Note If we change the hospital rights on February 5th, we will wait for the result of the hospital change by February 16th, and so on.
4. Line Official Account
Users can add the Line account @ssothai and use the service to check their rights and change their hospital directly through the Social Security Office's official Line account, which is a new channel that caters to convenience in the digital age.
Additional Information
- Insured individuals should choose a hospital that is close to their home or workplace for convenience in accessing services.
- If no change is made to the healthcare provider, insured individuals can continue to use services at their original hospital as usual.
- For those who change their healthcare provider, the system will send the result of the change via SMS or notify through the online system.
